Aqua Ventures maintains an outstanding safety record through maticulous attention to safety details.

Air

Our Bauer compressors are serviced and maintained by an approved Bauer engineer. The electric motors and regular testing of the air ensures our divers get the best air Bauer can deliver.

Decompression chamber

We have access to 2 chambers operated by the Kenya Navy. Our emergency assistance plan is regularly updated and we can ensure a rapid and efficient response.

First Aid and Oxygen

Our staff are all first aid trained and our boats are all equipped with marine first aid boxes and oxygen. Supplimentary oxygen is available on shore along with our community ambulance.

Cylinder Testing

Our cylinders are visually inspected and pressure tested in accordance with British Standards; test certificates are at hand for inspection.

Equipment Servicing

Our regulators and buoyancy jackets are serviced by an approved technician and records maintained.

Risk Assessment

Our risk assessment is consulted on a regular basis in an effort to improve on the safety of our customers.
